 Hole In One - or Closest to the Hole

June 26th - to be held with the Team Roping at the same location - on the Tejas Rodeo Company grounds Bring your favorite Pitching Wedge! Over and above the Team Roping there has been an additional event added to allow other guests to participate in a little competition. A similar contest was held during the last fund raiser roping - Sunday, March 28th. 2010 with outstanding results. The rules will be simple - A Hole in One golf shot from the designated Tee area to the designated "Green" (around 75 yards or less) will win first prize*. If no one makes a "hole in one" shot, then the Closest to the Hole will be awarded prize shown below. Entries will be taken the day of the event (June 26th) at the location. Each shot / ball will be $5.00 each or 5 shots for $20.00. There will be a time limit set for this contest since there will be no artificial lighting at the green. Enter as many times as time allows. All proceeds will go into the Lance Rankin Cancer Fund. |
