Lance's insurance company has refused to pay for the
surgery needed, so even though he has not asked for any assistance, the
fact remains the medical bills are astronomical for these types of
procedures, so he needs our help. As you read these lines, and many are
already aware, know that Lance is a very strong individual that believes
strongly in the Lord and the power of prayer.
Family members and friends have teamed up to organize
fund raisers on Lance's behalf. Obviously, in these tough economic times,
raising the full amount needed for the surgery alone will not be easy.
However, where there is a will there is a way and there are a lot of
willing folks that are chipping in to this cause.
The only thing that Lance has asked for is to keep him
in our prayers. If that is all you are able to do, it will be greatly
appreciated. However, if you are able to do more and also enjoy a good
bar-b-que plate or cold beverage and/or if any of the many items that have
been donated catch your eye, please join us at the fund raising events and
show you support.
